2. Agreement
By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This forms a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Vexra Clean (“the Company”).
3. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.
All services are delivered with reasonable care and skill.
We do not guarantee specific results where conditions are outside our control (e.g. heavy staining, damage, poor property condition).
4. Bookings and Payment

Bookings must be confirmed in advance

Payment may be required upfront

Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services
5. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee

If access is not provided, full charge applies
6. Access to Property
The Client must provide safe and timely access to the property.
If keys or access codes are provided:

They remain the Client’s responsibility

We are not liable for loss unless caused by proven negligence
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client must:

Ensure a safe working environment

Provide access to water and electricity
-
Secure fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items

Inform us of any hazards
Failure to do so may limit our liability.
8. Damage and Liability

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

We must be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify any issue
Our liability is limited to:

The value of the service provided, OR
-
The amount covered by our insurance
(whichever is lower)
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Wear and tear
-
Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Insurance
Vexra Clean holds Public Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000.
All claims are subject to insurer approval and policy terms.
10. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if:

The environment is unsafe

Conditions differ from what was agreed

There is inappropriate or abusive behaviour
11. Time and Delays
Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
12. Data Protection
We handle personal data responsibly and only for service-related purposes.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
